RV RESERVATION POLICY: Reservations may be arranged with a credit card, cash or check paid in advance. As a deposit to secure your reservation, 10%, or $100.00 + tax minimum, will be charged upon reservation, with the remaining rental total due in full 90 days prior to arrival. In the unforeseen event that something should happen to prevent our RV from usability, we will issue a full refund of your deposit. We reserve the right to cancel availability as necessary, and will notify you of any such action as soon as possible.
Gold-Star Customers receive a discounted rate
and get this "early bird" reservation privilege!
90 DAY RV CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to rental date are subject to a processing fee of 10% of the reservation total, minimum $100.00 + tax. For cancellations made 90 days or less prior to rental date, the full rental amount is non-refundable, unless we are able to rent the unit out to someone else. Only the above mentioned processing fee would then apply. There will be no refunds for early departures.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: We ask for cash or a signed credit card authorization in the amount of $500.00 or more, depending on the unit, as a security deposit for your rental. This will be processed at time of check-in, or during your stay. Deposits will be released upon inventory inspection.
